Road to Freedom and Prosperity is a 12-episode radio programme that discusses policy advocacy.
Prepared, written and produced by the Secretariat for Popular and Syndicated Organizations at the Southern Sector the programme prepares and expects listeners to be empowered with knowledge and strategies to became better citizen by fulfilling their duties and roles in the society.
This programme expects to enable and enpower listeners to play their constitutional rights to effectively participate in making peoples'-friendly policies for a just society.
POLICY ADVOCACY is the process of using information strategically to make the desired transformation in society through:
Advocating for legislation
Enacting, and correct application and enactment of just laws and policies
Improve the condition of the poor and most disadvantaged in the society and,
Asking the legislators to timely legislate reform laws
